<p>240 g faina</p>
<p>150 g branza tare</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie, caliti ceapa tocata marunt in putin ulei, apoi adaugati morcovul ras.</p>
<p>Dupa 2 minute, adaugati ardeiul taiat in fasii.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper, apoi caliti pana cand legumele se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Dati dovleceii pe razatoare, apoi strecurati-i bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati legume calite si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Daca este necesar, adaugati putin mai multe condimente.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt bol, amestecati laptele, faina si ouale, apoi bateti bine, astfel incat sa nu existe cocoloase.</p>
<p>Se toarna peste legume si se combina.</p>

<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt si ungeti-o cu ulei.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul rezultat si nivelati.</p>

<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 200°C timp de aproximativ 35 de minute.</p>
