<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Porc 600 g</p>
<p>Cartof 1 kg</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Morcov 1 buc.</p>
<p>Faina de grau 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Pasta de tomate 1 lingura</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 1 lingura</p>
<p>Unt 50 g</p>
<p>SareĀ dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se pune pe foc o tigaie inalta si se pune o lingura de ulei.</p>
<p>Prajiti apoi carnea la foc mediu pana se rumeneste usor.</p>
<p>In acest timp, se rad morcovii pe razatoarea medie si se taie ceapa in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Adaugati ceapa si morcovii in carne si fierbeti la foc mediu, amestecand ocazional, aproximativ 7 minute.</p>

<p>In timp ce carnea se caleste cu legumele, taiem cubulete cartofii curatati si spalati.</p>
<p>Adaugati cartofii in carne impreuna cu o bucata de unt si turnati peste apa clocotita, astfel incat sa acopere mancarea.</p>
<p>Se fierbe acoperit timp de 40 de minute la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Adaugati pasta de rosii, sare, faina (in prealabil este mai bine sa o amestecati in apa) si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se fierbe acoperit inca 10 minute.</p>
