<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>lapte semidegresat 1,5% &#8211; 175 mililitri</p>
<p>zahar cristal &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>faina semi-grosiera &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>drojdie proaspata &#8211; 10 grame</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>faina semi-grosiera &#8211; 350 de grame</p>
<p>zahar cristal &#8211; 50 grame</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 bucati</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 75 de grame</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 300 de grame</p>
<p>smantana grasa &#8211; 200 de grame</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat + zahar dupa gust</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul, faina si drojdia in laptele cald. Se lasa 15 minute sa creasca.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina intr-un castron, se adauga zaharul, un praf de sare, ouale si untul topit.</p>
<p>Turnati drojdia, faceti aluatul si lasati-l acoperit sa creasca intr-un loc cald pentru 30-45 de minute.</p>
<p>Pe un blat tapetat cu faina intindeti o foaie de 40 × 30 cm. Frecati usor cu un ou batut.</p>

<p>Se amesteca branza cu smantana, se indulceste cu zahar vanilat si zahar cristal dupa gust si se intinde pe foaia de aluat. Se presara stafide si se rostogoleste.</p>
<p>Taiati felii cu un cutit ascutit in benzi si asezati-le pe o tava in care ati pus hartie de copt.</p>
<p>O metoda excelenta este sa folositi ata dentara pentru taierea feliilor.</p>

<p>Se lasa in tava aproximativ 30 de minute sa creasca. Acoperim tava cu folie alimentara sau cu un prosop de bucatarie.</p>
