<p>Crema:</p>

<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 70 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 90 g</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 130 g</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3-4 buc.</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Decor:</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-o cratita cu zaharul, amidonul de porumb si laptele.</p>
<p>Puneti cratita pe aragaz si incalziti amestecul pana se ingroasa &#8211; acest lucru va dura aproximativ 3 minute.</p>
<p>Se ia apoi smantana de pe foc, se adauga zaharul vanilat si se lasa sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Nota: Turnati crema finita intr-un bol, unde o acoperiti cu folie alimentara, astfel incat sa atinga crema direct.</p>
<p>Datorita acestui fapt, pe ea nu se formeaza coaja.</p>
<p>Turnati apa in oala si amestecati-o cu untul.</p>
<p>Se pune oala pe aragaz, cand incepe sa se incalzeasca, adaugati faina si sarea in lichid, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>In aproximativ 2 minute, ar trebui sa aveti un aluat gros, pe care il transferati intr-un bol.</p>

<p>Bateti ouale intr-un alt castron si turnati-le in vasul cu aluat.</p>

<p>Se amesteca totul si se transfera amestecul intr-o punga de patiserie, cu ajutorul careia se formeaza gramezi mici pe o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Coaceti gogosile in cuptorul preincalzit la 190°C timp de 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Acum bateti frisca cu zahar pudra si amestecati in ea crema pregatita.</p>
<p>Umpleti o punga de patiserie cu amestecul rezultat.</p>

<p>Faceti gauri in gogosi cu un cutit, introduceti in ele varful unei pungi de patiserie si umpleti aluatul copt.</p>
