<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 150 ml</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati, uscati si curatati toate legumele de coaja.</p>
<p>Taiati dovlecelul in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Taiati celelalte legume in bucati grosiere si macinati-le intr-o masina de tocat carne cu accesoriu grosier.</p>

<p>Turnati toate legumele macinate in oala, adaugati ulei, zahar, sare si piper negru si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Puneti oala pe aragaz si aduceti legumele la fiert.</p>
<p>Imediat ce incepe sa clocoteasca, se presara cuburi de dovlecel, se amesteca, se reduce focul la minimum si se fierbe amestecul timp de 1 ora, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>

<p>Dupa o ora de gatit, gustati amestecul si, daca este necesar, condimentati dupa gust.</p>
<p>Pregatiti borcane de conserve curate si sterilizate si umpleti-le cu amestecul de dovlecei pregatit pana la refuz.</p>
<p>Strangeti bine capacele, intoarceti borcanele cu susul in jos, acoperiti cu o patura calda si lasati sa se raceasca incet.</p>
<p>Pastrati borcanele racite cu amestecul la temperatura camerei, unde va rezista mai mult de un an.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi amestecul ca garnitura sau materie prima in prepararea diverselor preparate coapte, paste, risotto sau pentru carne la cuptor sau la gratar.</p>
