<p>&#8211; ardei iute, 2 buc;</p>
<p>&#8211; usturoi;</p>
<p>&#8211; verdeata;</p>
<p>&#8211; boabe de piper, 15 buc;</p>
<p>&#8211; frunze de dafin, 2 buc;</p>
<p>&#8211; sare, 2,5 linguri;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar, 1 lingura;</p>
<p>&#8211; otet 9%, 2 linguri;</p>
<p>&#8211; apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Din acest volum de produse, veti obtine 1 borcan de 3 l.</p>
<p>Spalam bine rosiile.</p>
<p>Sfat : alegeti rosii tari pentru a le pastra intregi si frumoase in borcan.</p>
<p>Se toaca marunt varza, morcovii se dau pe o razatoare grosiera si se amesteca cu 0,5 linguri de sare.</p>
<p>Pe fundul unui borcan curat, asezati crengile de ierburi, un strat de rosii, o parte din varza cu morcovi, fasii de ardei dulce.</p>
<p>Presarati boabe de piper, puneti frunze de dafin, catei de usturoi si crengute de ierburi.</p>
<p>Puneti din nou stratul de rosii si restul de varza si morcovi.</p>
<p>Adaugam usturoiul si umplem borcanul cu apa clocotita, acoperim cu un capac si lasam 15 minute.</p>
<p>Scurgeti apa intr-o cratita, adaugati sare si zahar, otet si duceti la fierbere. Se fierbe cateva minute si se toarna marinada in borcan.</p>
<p>Rasucim capacul, il rasucim si il infasuram pana se raceste complet.</p>
<p>Depozitam o astfel de conserva in subsol sau in dulap la temperatura camerei.</p>
