<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pisati untul la temperatura camerei cu o furculita. Amestecati untul cu lapte condensat, adaugati esenta de vanilie, 150 g de fulgi de cocos. Bateti masa bine pana obtineti o crema omogena. (Daca va pare compozitia cam tare, mai puteti adauga 2-3 linguri de lapte condensat).</p>
<p>Dati crema la frigider pentru o zi. Dupa o zi scoateti crema densa si formati bomboanele. Luati din crema cu o lingurita, indepartati-o cu un cutit cu capat rotunjit si rulati bilute, puneti in interior o migdala.</p>
<p>Bomboanele pregatite le dati prin fulgii de cocos care au ramas (50 g) si le asezati pe un platou sau intr-o cutie frumoasa. Le dati la frigider. Bomboanele Raffaello se servesc reci, deoarece la temperatura camerei se pot topi (dar nu vor reusi, fiindca dispar intr-o clipa).</p>
