<p>Carne de vita tocata 500 g</p>
<p>Oregano 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>Vin rosu 100 ml</p>
<p>Unt 75 g</p>
<p>Faina de grau 4 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte 500 ml</p>
<p>Branza tare sau cascaval 150 g</p>
<p>Oua 2 buc.</p>
<p>Sare si Piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii in coaja, curatati si taiati in felii subtiri.</p>
<p>Taiati dovleceii pe lungime in fasii lungi.</p>

<p>Prajiti dovleceii in ulei vegetal pana se rumenesc pe fiecare parte.</p>
<p>Asezati-i pe prosoape de hartie pentru a indeparta excesul de grasime.</p>
<p>Pregatiti restul de legume: tocati ceapa, curatati rosiile de coaja, tocati pulpa.</p>
<p>Se prajeste ceapa in ulei de masline pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati carnea in tigaie si aduceti-o la jumatate gatita, amestecand ocazional.</p>

<p>Puneti rosii si condimente in tigaie, turnati vin.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Fierbeti pana cand lichidul se evapora, aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti sosul.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, topiti untul intr-o cratita mica si amestecati faina.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele cald in portii mici, amestecand bine si se gateste pana la consistenta smantanii groase.</p>
<p>Scoateti sosul de pe aragaz, adaugati branza rasa si oua.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Ungeti tava cu unt, asezati jumatate din cercurile de dovlecei si cartofi, apoi carnea tocata, apoi restul de dovlecei.</p>
<p>Se toarna sosul, intinzandu-l uniform pe toata suprafata.</p>
<p>Se pune la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade si se coace pana se rumenesc, aproximativ 45 de minute.</p>
