<p>Piept de pui &#8211; 400-500 g</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; ½ lingurita</p>
<p>Piper negru &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Boia &#8211; 1/3 lingurita</p>
<p>Ceapa -1-2 buc.</p>
<p>Rosii -1-2 buc.</p>
<p>Infuzie:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Branza -100 g</p>
<p>Sare -1/3 lingurita</p>
<p>Smantana &#8211; 3 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati pieptul de pui in cubulete, procedati la fel cu ceapa.</p>
<p>Caliti ceapa in putin ulei.</p>
<p>Amescati pieptul de pui cu ceapa calita, sare, piper si boia.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava cu putin ulei si adaugati pieptul de pui condimentat.</p>
<p>Dati branza pe razatoare, amestecati-o cu ouale si smantana.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul peste puiul din tava.</p>
<p>Taiati rosiile in felii rotunde si asezati-le deasupra amestecului cu smantana.</p>

<p>Dati la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade C pentru 20-30 de minute.</p>
