<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>zahar granulat &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>biscuiti &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 ml</p>
<p>fructe de padure &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 300 ml</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mixam 500 ml frisca lichida rece.</p>
<p>Separat mixam smantana cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Apoi amesetcam cele doua creme.</p>
<p>Adaugam 500 g biscuiti maruntiti si amestecam, apoi incorporam laptele putin cate putin.</p>
<p>Adaugam si 500 g fructe de padure congelate si amestecam.</p>

<p>Punem aluatul obtinut intr-o tava rotunda cu diametrul de 25 cm unsa cu ulei.</p>

<p>Mixam restul de 300 ml de frisca lichida si o punem deasupra, pastram putina frisca pentru ornat.</p>
<p>Dam la frigider minim 3 ore si desertul este gata.</p>
