<p>O prajitura moale, aerisita, parfumata si delicioasa pentru ceai! Se prepara din produse obisnuite care se gasesc mereu acasa. O reteta rapida, usoara si ieftina, disponibila tuturor.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 4 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>Iaurt natural &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>Coaja de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 15 g</p>
<p>Dulceata de capsuni (puteti pune de orice fel) &#8211; un borcan</p>
<p>Fulgi de nuca de cocos &#8211; pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Ouale se amesteca cu un mixer intr-un recipient cu zahar si zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Adaugam iaurt natural, ulei de floarea soarelui si mixam in continuare.</p>

<p>Radem coaja de lamaie in amestec, adaugam faina, praful de copt si combinam ingredientele cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna masa pregatita intr-o tava de copt de 20&#215;20 cm (unsa cu unt).</p>
<p>Coaceti timp de treizeci de minute intr-un cuptor incalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Ungeti aluatul finit cu dulceata si stropiti cu fulgi de nuca de cocos.</p>
