<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>350 g file de pui,</p>
<p>330 g orez cu bob lung,</p>
<p>3 ardei,</p>
<p>3 linguri de pasta de rosii,</p>
<p>o ceapa,</p>
<p>400 ml apa</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi,</p>
<p>condimente dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Tocati marunt ceapa, apoi clatiti ardeii, curatati tulpinile, taiati miezul cu seminte si taiati totul in cuburi.</p>
<p>Ceapa se prajeste in ulei pana se rumeneste, se piseaza usturoiul si se adauga ardeii.</p>

<p>Se acopera cu un capac si se fierb 5 minute.</p>
<p>In acest moment, taiati fileul de pui in cuburi subtiri si adaugati la prajire.</p>
<p>Puneti mirodenii si pasta de rosii acolo, apoi acoperiti si fierbeti timp de cateva minute.</p>
<p>Spalam orezul de 3 ori, de indata ce apa este curata, o filtram printr-o sita si o trimitem orezul in tigaie.</p>

<p>Se amesteca totul, astfel incat orezul sa absoarba sosul, se toarna apa si se inchide capacul.</p>

<p>Se lasa sa fiarba 10 minute si gata.</p>
