<p>apa &#8211; 1,5–2 l</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati merele si dati-le pe razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti-le intr-un borcan mare sterilizat, in care le amestecati cu 200 g de miere si apa.</p>

<p>Acoperiti borcanul cu un servetel si puneti-l intr-o camera intunecata timp de 10 zile.</p>

<p>Se amesteca apoi merele si se strecoara amestecul printr-o sita captusita cu tifon.</p>
<p>Se amesteca doua linguri de miere in lichid si se acopera din nou borcanul cu un servetel.</p>
<p>Apoi lasati lichidul sa actioneze inauntru timp de 6-7 saptamani.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, va aparea un strat solid, indepartati-l si strecurati din nou otetul prin panza.</p>
<p>Umpleti borcanele sterilizate cu lichid, inchideti capacele si depozitati intr-un loc intunecat si racoros.</p>
