<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati un pliculet de drojdie uscata si o lingura de zahar la 500 ml de apa calda.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana cand drojdia se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Adaugati 600-650 g de faina simpla si o lingurita de sare.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina treptat si amestecam pana se formeaza un aluat moale si lipicios.</p>

<p>Intindeti aluatul, folosind mainile umede pentru a preveni lipirea aluatul.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un prosop sau un capac si lasati sa creasca 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa ce timpul a trecut, framantati aluatul pentru a elibera orice aer.</p>
<p>Aluatul trebuie sa fie intr-o camera cu o temperatura de aproximativ 30 de grade pentru ca fermentarea sa aiba loc rapid.</p>
<p>Lasam aluatul sa creasca inca 20 de minute, apoi amestecam din nou si lasam sa creasca inca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Timpul total de fermentare ar trebui sa fie de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 4 parti si lasati sa se odihneasca timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>Intindeti fiecare bucata de aluat si presarati cu malai.</p>
<p>Turnati doua linguri de ulei de masline pe aluat si apasati in aluat cu degetele.</p>

<p>Puneti aluatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade C si coaceti timp de 5-7 minute sau pana cand devin aurii.</p>
