<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>120 ml ulei</p>
<p>50 ml suc de lamaie</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>250 g faina simpla</p>
<p>16 g praf de copt</p>
<p>20 g cacao</p>
<p>3 linguri de lapte</p>
<p>Diametrul tavii 18/27 cm</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca intr-un bol zaharul cu coaja de lamaie rasa.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati ouale, uleiul, zeama de lamaie si laptele.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine amestecul.</p>
<p>Adaugam treptat faina cernuta amestecata cu praful de copt, amestecand continuu pana obtinem un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Se toarna doua treimi din aluat intr-o forma unsa cu faina.</p>

<p>Adaugati cacao la o treime ramasa din aluat si amestecati bine cu 3 linguri de lapte.</p>

<p>Apoi turnati acest aluat de cacao pe aluatul din tava.</p>

<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C pentru aproximativ 30 de minute sau pana cand prajitura devine maro aurie.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, lasam prajitura sa se raceasca si apoi servim.</p>
