<p>smantana &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 2 cani</p>
<p>praf de copt -1 lingurita</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>stafide &#8211; 2 cani</p>
<p>nuci &#8211; 2 cani</p>
<p>Cana &#8211; 250 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Puneti stafide intr-un castron, turnati apa clocotita.</p>
<p>Se lasa in aceasta forma timp de 3 minute, apoi se spala, se intind pe un prosop de hartie.</p>
<p>2. Macinati nucile cu un sucitor sau blender.</p>
<p>3. Intr-un castron, spargeti ouale.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana, o cana de zahar si un pliculet cu zahar vanilat. Se amesteca.</p>
<p>4. Adaugati faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana cand aluatul este uniform.</p>
<p>5. Adaugati stafide si nuci in aluat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca din nou.</p>
<p>6. Pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt, intindeti aluatul cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Distribuiti uniform.</p>

<p>7. Coaceti 20 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
