<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile, zaharul si apa.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina cu praful de copt si albusurile batute spuma.</p>

<p>Turnati aluatul pe o tava de copt unsa si fainata (35 x 35, nu ezitati sa folositi o dimensiune mai mica, aluatul va fi mai gros).</p>

<p>Se coace aproximativ 20-25 de minute la 180°C.</p>

<p>Puneti nuci, zahar, cacao, fructe uscate si 1 lingura gem in lapte, apoi puneti pe foc si amestecati.</p>
<p>Dupa framantare, se lasa deoparte, se adauga biscuiti maruntit si romul la masa inca fierbinte.</p>

<p>Amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Lasati umplutura sa se raceasca putin, ungeti aluatul cu gem, aplicati umplutura si neteziti-o.</p>
