<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>carne de vita tocata &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>frunze de dafin &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; bucata;</p>
<p>usturoi uscat &#8211; ½ lingurita;</p>
<p>ardei rosu dulce &#8211; 1 bucata;</p>
<p>patrunjel uscat &#8211; ⅓ lingurita;</p>
<p>pasta de tomate &#8211; o lingurita.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pastele trebuie fierte pana cand sunt al dente.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi mici, puneti-o intr-o tigaie, turnati ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Taiem ardeiul in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Dupa 7 minute de calit, adaugam carnea tocata in tigaie, prajim la foc iute pana carnea se inchide la culoare.</p>
<p>Apa din paste trebuie lasata pentru utilizare ulterioara.</p>
<p>Dupa 3 minute dupa ce punem carnea tocata, punem in umplutura pasta de rosii, sare, usturoi uscat si patrunjel.</p>
<p>Gatim masa inca un minut, apoi turnam apa de la paste pana obtinem un sos.</p>

<p>De asemenea, adaugam frunza de dafin si ardeiul, fierbem amestecul timp de o jumatate de ora sub capac.</p>
