<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 kg merluciu congelat</p>
<p>120 ml ulei</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita ienibahar</p>
<p>100 g faina de grau</p>
<p>1 lingura boia</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita boia iute</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Decongelati pestele, spalati-l, apoi uscati-l cu prosoape de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Taiati-l in jumatate si curatati-l de maruntaie si aripioare.</p>
<p>Intr-o farfurie adanca, amestecati faina, sarea, ienibaharul si alte condimente dupa gust.</p>

<p>Se toarna aproximativ 100 ml de ulei pe fundul tavii (pentru a acoperi fundul).</p>
<p>Se ruleaza fiecare bucata de peste in amestecul de faina si condimente, apoi se aranjeaza pe tava de copt unsa cu ulei.</p>

<p>Pulverizati pestele cu putin ulei (aproximativ 20 ml).</p>
<p>Coacem pestele in cuptorul incalzit la 200°C timp de 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Scoateti tava din cuptor, intoarceti pestele pe cealalta parte si coaceti inca 20 de minute.</p>
