<p>Faina cat cuprinde (4-5 pahare de faina)</p>
<p>Pentru unplutura:</p>
<p>branza feta</p>
<p>75 de grame de unt</p>
<p>½ pahar cu ulei vegetal</p>
<p>Pentru cele de mai sus;</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele cald, iaurtul, praful de copt si sarea in bolul de framantat.</p>
<p>Apoi, adaugati faina intr-un mod controlat si incepeti sa framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Folositi cu grija faina, astfel incat sa aiba o consistenta neteda foarte moale.</p>
<p>Dupa ce framantati aluatul, acoperiti-l si lasati-l deoparte.</p>
<p>Puneti untul si uleiul in tigaie si topiti bine pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Opriti focul dupa ce se topeste.</p>
<p>Presara niste faina pe masa si intinde aluatul cat poti, mai intai cu mana si apoi cu ajutorul unei role.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati intins aluatul, ungeti-l bine cu o perie cu amestecul de ulei si unt.</p>
<p>Apoi indoiti partile lungi impreuna in mijloc si ungeti-le bine.</p>

<p>Indoiti si ungeti cealalta margine din mijloc, apoi inchideti marginea opusa pe ea.</p>
<p>Dupa ungerea sa din nou, presarati multa branza.</p>

<p>Indoiti-l de la margine la mijloc si ungeti-l din nou, apoi ungeti-l pliant peste marginea opusa.</p>

<p>Apoi pliati celelalte margini in acelasi mod si dati o forma patrata.</p>
<p>Dupa ce il pregatiti, intoarceti-l cu susul in jos si puneti-l pe hartie uleioasa si acoperiti-l cu folie alimentara sau o punga curata si lasati-l la odihnit 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Se intinde aluatul pe o tava in care am pus hartie de copt .</p>
<p>Se intinde galbenus de ou si se incalzeste cuptorul la 200 de grade.</p>
