<p>Drojdie uscata 5 g</p>
<p>Ulei de masline 60 ml</p>
<p>Oua 1 buc.</p>
<p>Lapte 200 ml</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Ardei gras 1 buc.</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Boia de ardei dupa gust</p>
<p>Curcuma, Coriandru, Susan, Branza tare, Ulei de floarea soarelui, Ceapa verde si Patrunjel dupa gust si preferinta</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati faina de grau, grisul fin, drojdia, zaharul, sarea, uleiul de masline intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul moale si lasati-l 40 de minute la loc cald.</p>
<p>Prajiti carnea de vita pana la jumatate fiarta intr-o tigaie unsa cu ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Se adauga ceapa tocata si ceapa verde, ardeiul gras.</p>
<p>Se pune sare si se pipereaza, se condimenteaza, se tine acoperit 5 minute si se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in doua parti.</p>
<p>Rotiti o jumatate de aluat intr-un cerc pentru a forma baza si puneti-o intr-o forma unsa.</p>
<p>Intindeti tocatura peste aluat.</p>
<p>Deasupra se rade branza si se presara patrunjel tocat.</p>
<p>Intindeti a doua jumatate de aluat intr-un strat dreptunghiular si taiati-o fasii.</p>

<p>Apoi asezati benzile deasupra umpluturii cu o suprapunere, asa cum se arata in fotografie.</p>

<p>Sau doar incrucisate.</p>
<p>Ungeti placinta cu un ou batut si coaceti la cuptor pentru 20 de minute la 200 de grade.</p>
