<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Cartofi 350 g</p>
<p>Branza tare 200 g</p>
<p>Faina de grau 250 g</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Chefir 200 ml</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 40 ml</p>
<p>Sare 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>Zahar 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Galbenus de ou 1 buc.</p>
<p>Lapte 1 lingura</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina si bicarbonatul de sodiu.</p>
<p>Se combina separat chefirul, uleiul, sarea si zaharul, se amesteca.</p>

<p>Adaugati treptat amestecul uscat in lichid si framantati aluatul elastic.</p>
<p>Daca va ramane pe maini, adaugati inca 20-30 g de faina.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu folie de plastic si dati-l deoparte.</p>

<p>Curatati cartofii si fierbeti-i in apa sarata.</p>
<p>Scurgeti lichidul si zdrobiti cartofii ca pentru piure.</p>
<p>Radeti branza pe o razatoare grosiera si amestecati cu cartofii.</p>
<p>Se adauga piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Inmuiati aluatul in faina si rotiti-l cu mainile intr-o foaie rotunda de aproximativ 30 cm in diametru.</p>
<p>Plasati umplutura in centru.</p>

<p>Adunati marginile aluatului in centru, ca si cum ar forma o punga, ciupiti bine, rasturnati si intindeti cu mainile intr-o prajitura cu diametrul de 30 cm.</p>

<p>Transferati placinta pe o foaie de copt.</p>
<p>Bateti galbenusul cu lapte si dati peste placinta.</p>
<p>Faceti o mica taietura la mijloc.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 220 de grade si coaceti placinta timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Placinta cu cartofi are cel mai bun gust cand este fierbinte.</p>
<p>Dar racita este, de asemenea, destul de buna.</p>
