<p>ou 1 buc,</p>
<p>praf de copt 1 lingurita,</p>
<p>zahar vanilat 8 g,</p>
<p>sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>orice fructe de padure congelate 600 g,</p>
<p>amidon de porumb 30g,</p>
<p>zahar 120-150 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnam fructele de padure intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugam zahar, amidon si punem pe foc.</p>
<p>Incalzim fructele de padure cu amestecare constanta la temperatura scazuta.</p>
<p>Dupa fierbere, continuam sa mai amestecam aproximativ un minut.</p>

<p>Amestecul ar trebui sa se ingroase.</p>
<p>Umplutura trebuie sa fie complet racita.</p>
<p>Spargem un ou intr-un bol, turnam zahar, zahar vanilat, un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Amestecam produsele cu mixerul timp de 1-2 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugam unt.</p>
<p>Mai amestecam inca un minut.</p>
<p>Turnam praful de copt si o parte din faina.</p>

<p>Amestecam mai intai aluatul cu o spatula</p>
<p>Adaugati restul de faina si folositi mainile pentru a framanta un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Separ o treime si o dau la congelator.</p>
<p>Aluatul trebuie inghetat in asa masura incat sa poata fi razuit cu usurinta pe razatoarea grosiera.</p>
<p>Am pus cele doua treimi din aluat ramase intr-o forma, il zdrobesc cu mainile formand fundul si marginile.</p>
<p>Este convenabil sa te ajuti de un pahar.</p>

<p>Am pus forma la frigider deocamdata.</p>
<p>Imediat ce aluatul este inghetat, scoatem tava din frigider si turnam in ea umplutura racita.</p>

<p>Intindeti umplutura uniform pe suprafata.</p>
<p>Deasupra dau aluatul pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>

<p>Se coace la 180° ~ 35 minute.</p>
<p>Timpul si temperatura de coacere vor varia in functie de cuptor.</p>
