<p>Zahar 180 g</p>
<p>Scortisoara 1 lingura</p>
<p>Coaja de lamaie 2 linguri</p>
<p>Pudra de cacao 4 linguri</p>
<p>Lapte 100 ml</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 1 lingura</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Taiati 200 g de unt racit cubulete si macinati cu faina cernuta in pesmet.</p>
<p>Se toarna chefir la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Adaugati praf de copt si vanilie.</p>
<p>Adaugati putin zahar la aceasta masa.</p>
<p>Trimiteti galbenusurile acolo.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat omogen si rulati-l intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Infasurati aluatul intr-o punga si trimiteti-l la congelator pentru 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Merele se curata de coaja, le rade pulpa pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Adaugati scortisoara si sucul de lamaie, coaja, stafidele si nucile la mere.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul in vasul cu umplutura.</p>
<p>Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul crescut in 3 parti egale.</p>
<p>Intindeti fiecare parte la dimensiunea tavii dvs.</p>
<p>Tapetati tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de aluat pe el, formati partile laterale.</p>
<p>Intindeti uniform umplutura de mere peste aluat.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-l cu urmatorul strat de aluat.</p>

<p>Si asa inca o data.</p>
<p>Dupa cum intelegeti, impartim umplutura in doua.</p>
<p>Faceti cateva gauri in stratul superior de aluat.</p>
<p>Coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Vasul trebuie sa se rumeneasca.</p>
<p>Spre sfarsitul coacerii, pregatiti glazura de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, topiti 30 g de unt in lapte fierbinte</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecati in aceasta masa 4 linguri de zahar si cacao pudra.</p>
