<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 foaie de foietaj</p>
<p>6 mere</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>300 ml de lapte</p>
<p>80 g faina simpla</p>
<p>60 g zahar</p>
<p>50 g unt topit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem aluatul foietaj intr-o tava si ajustam marginile astfel incat sa nu iese din tava ci doar sa acopere si peretii.</p>
<p>Curatam merele, le taiem pe jumatate si le taiem in fasii.</p>
<p>Le asezam peste foietaj.</p>

<p>Intr-un castron, amestecati ouale, laptele, faina, zaharul si untul.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul intre mere pe foietaj.</p>

<p>Merele pot fi presarate in continuare cu zahar si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor incalzit la 170 de grade timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
