<p>Stiu acest tort cu mere ca fiind foarte delicios si rapid. Il pot prepara pe tot parcursul anului.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>450 g de faina</p>
<p>5 linguri zahar</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1 pliculet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>1 iaurt (200 ml)</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>1,5 kg de mere (astfel incat 1 kg sa fie curatat si ras),</p>
<p>o lingura zahar,</p>
<p>o lingura gris,</p>
<p>un pliculet zahar vanilat,</p>
<p>o lingurita scortisoara macinata.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se decojesc merele si se dau pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Le punem la calit impreuna cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat si grisul.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a scurs toata zeama, agaugam scortisoara si mai amestecam putin.</p>
<p>Punem ouale intr-un bol, adaugam zaharul, sarea, zaharul vanilat si mixam pana se topeste zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugam iaurtul si uleiul. Amestecam</p>

<p>Adaugam jumatate din cantitatea de faina si praful de copt.</p>

<p>Adaugati coaja de lamaie si restul de faina. Amestecati.</p>
<p>Puneti ulei in tava ca copt, presarati cu faina si asezati jumatate din aluat.</p>
<p>Dati la cuptor pentru 10 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Scoateti tava din cuptor si asezati uniform merele racite.</p>

<p>Turnati uniform restul de aluat peste mere.</p>

<p>Dam tava din nou la cuptor, alte douazeci de minute vor fi suficiente, maximum o jumatate de ora. Pana se rumeneste frumos.</p>
