<p>mere &#8211; 5 buc.</p>
<p>scortisoara &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>crema de branza/smantana- 150 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>praf de budinca de vanilie &#8211; 1 pachet</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>albus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti untul inmuiat, zaharul si galbenusul de ou intr-un castron, pastrand albusul.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati faina si praful de copt in bol si procesati intr-un aluat neted.</p>
<p>Din aluat se face o bila si se da la frigider pentru o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Pudrati suprafata de lucru cu faina pentru a nu se lipi.</p>
<p>Deoarece blatul este copt intr-o forma de 22&#215;22 centimetri, incercati sa intindeti o foaie aproximativ patrata de aceasta dimensiune.</p>
<p>Apoi transferati-o in forma si modelati-o cu un sucitor mic.</p>

<p>Curatati merele, scoateti miezul si taiati-le felii.</p>
<p>Asezati-le pe aluat astfel incat sa se suprapuna usor.</p>

<p>Apoi stropiti-le cu putina scortisoara.</p>
<p>Punem intr-un bol untul, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, faina si putin praf de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati si framantati in maini pentru a crea firimituri.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amestecati branza de vaci, smantana, crema de branza/smantana, zahar, un pachet de budinca de vanilie, doua oua si albusul ramas de la primul ou in aluat.</p>
<p>Apoi bateti totul intr-o crema neteda.</p>
<p>Aplicajti-o peste mere si presarati firimiturile peste el.</p>

<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit pentru aproximativ 60 de minute.</p>

<p>Se lasa apoi sa se raceasca si se serveste.</p>
