<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>jumatate de varza</p>
<p>500 g de carne slaba tocata</p>
<p>140 g cascaval sau branza rasa</p>
<p>100 g de pesmet</p>
<p>2 oua mari</p>
<p>1 morcov decojit si ras</p>
<p>1 lingurita de turmeric</p>
<p>½ lingurita piper negru</p>
<p>½ lingurita sare</p>
<p>un strop de ulei de masline extravirgin</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, toacati varza cu un cutit (sau dati-o pe razatoare), se transfera intr-un castron, apoi se curata si se rade morcovul.</p>
<p>Acum se adauga ouale, sarea, turmericul si piper negru, se amesteca bine, astfel incat sa aromatizeze corespunzator toate ingredientele, se adauga carnea tocata si pesmetul si se amesteca pentru a obtine un amestec cu o consistenta moale si compacta .</p>

<p>Odata gata, tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt, ungeti-o cu ulei si distribuiti uniform aluatul.</p>
<p>Gatiti in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 30 de minute la o temperatura de 220°C.</p>

<p>Odata terminat, stropiti suprafata cu branza rasa si lasati linca 15 minute la cuptor.</p>
