<p>10 g zahar vanilat</p>
<p>1,5 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>

<p>Spargeti ouale intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar, sare si zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer timp de 1 &#8211; 2 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt moale si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugti o cantitate mica de faina si praf de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina ramasa si framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul finit in 2 parti. (una mai mare si una mai mica)</p>

<p>Am pus aluatul la congelator pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>750 g prune (sau alte fructe)</p>
<p>1 lingura zahar (sau dupa gust)</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>Am taiat prunele in 4 parti.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar si scortisoara si amestecati.</p>

<p>Pornesc cuptorul si il preincalzesc la 200°C.</p>
<p>Intindem cea mai mare parte din aluat pe hartie de copt intr-un strat dreptunghiular de 7-10 mm grosime.</p>
<p>Transfer aluatul in forma.</p>
<p>Forma masoara 30*22 cm, sau putin mai mare.</p>
<p>Daca este rotunda, cu diametrul de 29 &#8211; 30 cm.</p>
<p>Formez laturi mici si adaug prunele.</p>

<p>Scoatem aluatul mai mic din congelator si il dam pe razatoarea grosiera si o presara deasupra prunelor.</p>

<p>Transferati tava la cuptor.</p>
<p>Coacem la 200°C timp de 50 de minute.</p>
<p>Las placinta finita sa se raceasca putin si o tai in bucati cat inca este calda.</p>
