<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>• branza de vaci (9%) &#8211; 150 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Gatiti cartofii curatati si taiati cubulete in apa pana se inmoaie la foc moderat.</p>
<p>Sarea nu este necesara la gatit.</p>

<p>Apoi turnam apa de la cartofi intr-un vas (o sa avem nevoie de ea), si transferam cartofii intr-un vas mare, in care vom framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Folosind un blender de imersie, pasati cartofii in piure (ii puteti trece printr-o sita).</p>
<p>Acum masuram 200 ml zeama de la cartofi si adaugam in piure pe parti, combinandu-le cu grija de fiecare data.</p>

<p>Vom obtine asa-numita baza pentru aluat.</p>
<p>Apoi, turnati 8 g de drojdie uscata si 1 lingura de zahar in piureul de cartofi.</p>

<p>Se amesteca, se acopera cu un prosop subtire si se lasa 15 minute.</p>
<p>Cel mai important, pentru ca piureul sa fie un mediu confortabil pentru drojdie, acesta nu trebuie sa fie fierbinte.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati 1 ou si 1 lingurita de sare.</p>
<p>Amestecam si incepem sa adaugam 650 g faina cernuta pe bucati.</p>
<p>Pe tot parcursul framantarii, aluatul va fi lipicios si chiar si atunci cand toata faina este amestecata, va ramane usor lipicios.</p>
<p>Nu mai punem faina, ci turnam in aluat 30 ml de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Continuati sa framantati aluatul pentru inca cateva minute pana devine omogen, neted si elastic.</p>
<p>Ungeti fundul vasului si aluatul propriu-zis cu un strat subtire de ulei vegetal, se acopera cu o punga si un prosop si se pune intr-un loc cald sa creasca aproximativ 1 ora.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura amestecam 150 g branza de vaci si 200 g branza mozzarella.</p>

<p>Daca doriti, puteti adauga verdeata si usturoi.</p>
<p>A trecut o ora, aluatul a crescut foarte bine.</p>
<p>Stropiti masa cu faina, intindeti aluatul si transformati-l intr-un plic.</p>
<p>Taiem in 2 parti, apoi impartim fiecare in inca 6 bucati.</p>
<p>Ca rezultat, vom obtine 12 placinte.</p>

<p>Luam o bucata de aluat, o aplatizam cu mainile si punem umplutura in centru.</p>

<p>Ridicam marginile aluatului si strangem in centru.</p>
<p>Intoarcem placinta formata cu cusatura in jos, o rotunjim in sus si cu mainile, apasand usor apoi turtim tortul.</p>

<p>Intr-o tigaie se incinge o cantitate suficienta de ulei vegetal, se pune placinta si se prajeste pe ambele parti la foc putin sub mediu pana se rumeneste.</p>

<p>Mutam placintele pe un prosop de hartie ca sa se scurga excesul de ulei.</p>
