<p>Zahar 1 lingura</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 5 linguri</p>
<p>Sare 1 lingura</p>
<p>Praf de copt 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Faina de grau 300 g</p>
<p>Cartofi 700 g</p>
<p>Unt 30 g</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Lapte 50 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatim umplutura.</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii in apa cu sare.</p>
<p>Facem piure cu adaos de lapte cald, oua si unt.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa cubulete, prajiti-o in ulei de floarea soarelui pana devine aurie.</p>
<p>Adaugati la cartofi si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Intr-un recipient adanc, amestecati branza de vaci, 2 oua, smantana, 0,5 lingurita de sare, zahar si praf de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna 2 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Bateti toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Adaugam treptat faina cernuta continuand sa batem.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa deoparte 10 minute.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 12 bucati egale.</p>

<p>Intindeti-le pe o suprafata de lucru presarata cu faina.</p>
<p>Intindem umplutura deasupra si formam barcutele.</p>
<p>Apoi intindeti-le usor cu un sucitor, facandu-le mai plate.</p>

<p>Sunt cele mai bune cand sunt inca fierbinti.</p>
<p>Prin urmare, nu asteptati sa se raceasca aceste placinte parfumate , serviti-le rapid cu ceai.</p>
