<p>Zahar vanilat 1 lingura</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se dizolva drojdia comprimata in apa calda.</p>
<p>Intr-un recipient separat, bateti 2 oua cu 50 g de zahar.</p>
<p>Se toarna solutia de drojdie in amestecul rezultat.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine.</p>
<p>Turnati 300 g de faina de grau si sare intr-un recipient mare.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul de oua.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca treptat 30 g de unt inmuiat.</p>
<p>Rulati aluatul intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Puneti-l intr-un vas uns cu ulei.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa la temperatura camerei 1 ora.</p>
<p>Apoi framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Se acopera din nou si se lasa la crescut.</p>
<p>Curatam dovleacul de coaja si seminte.</p>
<p>Taiati-l in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Radeti coaja de portocala.</p>
<p>Taiati pulpa de citrice in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul.</p>
<p>Topiti 20 g de unt intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Adaugati dovleac si portocala.</p>
<p>Adaugati 150 g zahar.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Se fierbe dovleacul pana se inmoaie.</p>
