<p>Ingrediente pentru placinta:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.;</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 12 linguri;</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat &#8211; o lingurita;</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; 12 linguri;</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 12 linguri;</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 12 linguri;</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; o lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale intr-un bol, turnati vanilie si zahar clasic, sare.</p>
<p>Bateti ingredientele cu un mixer timp de 3-4 minute, apoi turnati ulei vegetal si lapte in amestec.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, se cern in amestecul de oua, se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul intr-o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coacem prajitura la 180 de grade in cuptor pentru aproximativ 35 de minute.</p>
