<p>Oua &#8211; 3 bucati</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; un praf</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>Coaja de portocala &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Unt topit &#8211; 60 ml</p>
<p>Iaurt &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 16 g</p>
<p>Coaja de portocala confiata &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Orice ciocolata tartinata &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>Dulceata de caise &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Nuca de cocos rasa &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-un bol, adaugati zahar, un praf de sare si coaja de portocala.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul topit si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecati treptat iaurtul, faina cernuta, praful de copt si coaja de portocala confiata.</p>
<p>Stergeti forma rotunda de copt (diametru 26 cm) cu unt, presarati cu faina si tapetati cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in el, se niveleaza cu o spatula si se aplica tartina de ciocolata cu o lingura. Apoi amestecati-l usor in aluat.</p>
<p>Pune forma intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 160 de grade si coace timp de 30 pana la 35 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa ce ati copt aluatul, ungeti cu dulceata de caise (puteti folosi oricare alta), acoperiti cu nuca de cocos rasa si puteti servi.</p>
