zaharul si faina cu putin lapte si aduceti la fiert cu restul de lapte&comma; amestecati pana se ingroasa&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Se indeparteaza de pe foc&comma; se acopera cu folie si se lasa sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Bateti margarina sau untul spuma si adaugati crema racita si bateti totul si in final adaugati vanilia si mai amestecati putin&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Pentru a doua crema&comma; puneti zaharul la foc mic si bateti albusurile cu restul de zahar pana devine o spuma densa&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In timp bateti spuma de albusuri&comma; asigurati-va ca zaharul caramel nu se arde&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Adaugati cafeaua ness in albusuri si amestecati din nou&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Cand zaharul s-a topit&comma; turnati incet&comma; in fir subtire in crema de spuma si ness timp ce amestecati&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Prima crema se intinde intre cele doua blaturi obtinute prin taiere&period; Crema caramel se intinde peste ultimul blat&period;
