<p>2 plicuri budinca vanilie Dr. Oetker</p>
<p>2 linguri amidon alimentar</p>

<p>Glazura de ciocolata:</p>
<p>50 grame unt</p>
<p>4 linguri lapte</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Blat:</p>
<p>Mixati galbenusele cu zaharul pana cand obtineti o crema omogena.</p>
<p>Adaugati in compozitie faina mixata cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Bateti albusele pana devin rigide, apoi incorporati-le in restul compozitiei.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul format intr-o tava de 24×28 cm, in care ati pus in prealabil hartie de copt, nivelati.<br />
Se da tava in cuptorul incins la 190 grade celsius timp de 45 minute sau verificati cu scobitoarea.</p>
<p>Dupa ce se raceste complet, blatul se taie in doua parti egale.</p>
<p>Crema de vanilie:</p>
<p>Pregatiti cele doua plicuri de budinca de vanilie de la Dr. Oetker conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj (Continutul celor 2 plicuri se amesteca cu cele 7 linguri de zahar, amidonul alimentar, si cu 8 linguri de lapte. Restul de lapte se pune la fiert. Dupa ce laptele a fiert se ia de pe foc si se adauga amestecul preparat anterior. Se pune din nou la fiert cca. 1 minut, amestecand usor pana la legarea compozitiei).</p>
<p>Se acopera cu o folie de plastic si se lasa sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a racit se incorporeaza in aceasta untul.</p>
<p>Umplutura de mere:</p>
<p>Merele se spala, se curata de coaja, se dau pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari.</p>
<p>Se pun apoi intr-o cratita cu scortisoara si untul.</p>
<p>Se calesc pana cand merele se inmoaie, apoi se scurg de sucul format si se lasa sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Glazura de ciocolata:</p>
<p>Topiti ingredientele de glazura pe bain-marie, mixati pana cand obtineti o compozitie lucioasa, omogena.</p>
<p>Lasati glazura sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Asamblare Prajitura cu mere crema de vanilie si cacao:</p>
<p>Puneti unul din blaturile obtinute pe fundul unui platou de prajituri.</p>
<p>Intindeti merele calite, dupa ce s-au racit complet.</p>
<p>Asezati peste acestea cel de-al doilea blat.</p>
<p>Intindeti crema de vanilie.</p>
<p>Peste aceasta aranjati biscuitii rotunzi.</p>
<p>Puneti cate un pic din glazura de ciocolata obtinuta, peste fiecare biscuit.</p>
<p>Decorati cu stafide.</p>
