<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 50 ml;</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 100 ml;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 130 g;</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 20 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 8 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati bananele si impartiti-le in doua parti pe lungime.</p>
<p>Incingeti 20 de grame de unt intr-o tigaie, adaugati 10 grame de zahar si lasati sa se caramelizeze.</p>
<p>Puneti bananele in caramel si stingeti focul.</p>
<p>Puneti oul intr-un castron, turnati zaharul ramas si amestecati pana cand zaharul se dizolva.</p>
<p>Turnati laptele si uleiul vegetal in amestec si continuati sa amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina, ciocolata si praful de copt in amestec, se framanta intr-un aluat gros.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul in tigaie peste bananele caramelizate.</p>

<p>Gatiti la foc mic, acoperit, timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Puteti verifica starea de pregatire a prajiturii cu o frigaruie de lemn; ar trebui sa iasa din pandispan uscata.</p>
