<p>extract de vanilie &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>Ganache:</p>
<p>ciocolata &#8211; 75 g</p>
<p>smantana grasa/ frisca lichida &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, pregatiti blatul.</p>
<p>Se macina biscuitii intr-o pudra fina si se lasa deoparte.</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata intr-o baie de apa sau la cuptorul cu microunde &#8211; acest lucru va dura aproximativ 3 minute.</p>
<p>Amesteca biscuitii macinati cu pudra de cacao, frisca lichida si ciocolata topita.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul inmuiat in amestec si amestecati bine ingredientele.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul rezultat intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si, folosind o lingura, neteziti-l, apoi preparati crema.</p>

<p>Bateti crema de branza cu untul, zaharul pudra si pudra de cacao.</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecati extractul de vanilie si acoperiti blatul de biscuiti cu aceasta crema.</p>
<p>Sfat: Pentru a crea o crema fina, fara cocoloase, cerneti ingredientele uscate inainte de utilizare.</p>
<p>Puneti desertul la frigider pentru 1 ora.</p>

<p>Pregatiti glazura.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ciocolata cu smantana si se incalzeste amestecul la cuptorul cu microunde timp de 3 minute.</p>
<p>Nota: Se amesteca glazura la fiecare 30 de secunde.</p>
<p>Acoperiti desertul racit cu glazura si puneti-l la frigider pentru inca 4 ore.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti-l de pe marginea tortului si taiati-l in cuburi.</p>
