<p>Faina de grau 160 g</p>
<p>Zahar 60 g</p>
<p>Branza de vaci 300 g</p>
<p>Smantana 3 linguri</p>
<p>Oua 1 buc.</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Praf de copt 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cernem faina cu praful de copt si un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Radeti untul rece si amestecati pana se sfarama.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti umplutura: Amestecati branza de vaci cu smantana si zahar.</p>

<p>Este chiar mai bine daca folositi un blender.</p>
<p>Se toarna jumatate din aluatul intr-o tava in care am pus hartie de copt si se preseaza cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Apoi intindeti umplutura si acoperiti-o cu cealalta jumatate de aluat.</p>
<p>Coaceti tortul la 200 de grade timp de 30 de minute.</p>
