<p>2 oua</p>
<p>180 g zahar</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>3 linguri smantana/iaurt tare</p>
<p>600 g faina</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite praf de copt</p>
<p>180 g unt topit</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>700 g crema de branza sau branza de vaci nesarata</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>un praf sare</p>
<p>150 g smantana/iaurt tare</p>
<p>300 g zahar</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, bateti ouale impreuna cu zaharul si un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati smantana, iar dupa ce amestecul este omogen, adaugati faina cernuta si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecam cu o lingura sau o spatula, iar cand faina a absorbit lichidul, adaugam untul topit.</p>
<p>De data aceasta, amestecati pana obtineti un amestec compact, omogen, fara cocoloase de faina (amestecati manual).</p>
<p>Lasa aluatul acoperit sa se odihneasca in timp ce preparati crema.</p>
<p>Turnati crema de branza/branza de vaci intr-un bol adanc, adaugati ouale, un praf de sare, smantana si zaharul, apoi bateti bine cu un blender de mana pana obtineti o crema fina.</p>
<p>Luati o tava sau o forma de copt de dimensiuni medii, ungeti-o bine cu unt si turnati aluatul inauntru.</p>
<p>Folosind palmele, intindeti-l uniform pe fundul si peretii bolului.</p>

<p>Turnati crema in mijloc si intindeti-o.</p>

<p>Coaceti timp de 35 de minute intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
