<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>120 ml lapte</p>
<p>200 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 pachet de praf de copt</p>
<p>4 linguri de cacao la copt</p>
<p>400 g faina simpla</p>
<p>250 g iaurt</p>
<p>Umplutura de branza de vaci:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>1 pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>500 g branza de vaci cu continut scazut de grasimi</p>
<p>2 pachete pudra de budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>175 g crema de branza</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>300 g zmeura proaspata sau congelata</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti 4 oua, 200 g zahar si zahar vanilat intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Bateti pana cand amestecul ajunge la o consistenta pufoasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat ulei (200 ml), lapte (120 ml) si iaurt (250 g).</p>
<p>Se amesteca constant.</p>
<p>Cerneti 400 g de faina simpla, adaugati 4 linguri de cacao si un pachet de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Amesteca totul pentru a forma un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Turnam aluatul pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt de 35 x 20 cm.</p>
<p>Pregatirea umpluturii de branza de vaci:</p>
<p>Adaugati intr-un bol 500 g branza de vaci cu continut scazut de grasimi, 175 g crema de branza, 2 oua, 100 g zahar, zahar vanilat si 2 pachete de budinca de vanilie.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine pentru a crea un amestec omogen.</p>
<p>Combinatia de aluat si umplutura:</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura de branza pe aluat folosind o lingura.</p>

<p>Intindeti umplutura astfel incat sa fie distribuita uniform.</p>
<p>Puneti pe toata suprafata 300 g de zmeura proaspata sau congelata.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C.</p>

<p>Coaceti prajitura pe gratarul de jos al cuptorului timp de 40-45 de minute, pana cand suprafata devine ferma si aurie.</p>
