<p>esenta de vanilie- dupa gust;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 8 g;</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 30 g;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 190 g.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru insiropare:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 200 ml;</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 15 g.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru crema:</p>
<p>frisca lichida- 300 ml;</p>
<p>mascarpone &#8211; 250 g;</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 200 ml;</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 200 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale intr-un castron, adaugati zahar, amestecati pana cand acestea se dizolva.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei vegetal si lapte in oua, adaugati esenta de vanilie si sare, amestecati.</p>
<p>Cerneti ciocolata neagra in amestec si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cernem si faina si praful de copt in amestec, framantam un aluat nu foarte gros fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul intr-o tava de copt si coaceti la cuptor la 180 de grade timp de 20-25 de minute.</p>

<p>Amestecam ciocolata neagra cu laptele intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Gatiti laptele cu ciocolata pentru cateva minute.</p>
<p>Intepati blatul cu o furculita si turnati laptele.</p>

<p>Bateti separat frisca lichida pana devine cremoasa, adaugati mascarpone si continuati sa bateti cu mixerul.</p>
<p>Puneti crema deasupra blatului si neteziti-o pe suprafata.</p>

<p>Puneti prajitura la frigider.</p>
<p>Fierbeti smantana pana da in clocot.</p>
<p>Adaugati ciocolata neagra si topiti-o.</p>
<p>Se toarna glazura deasupra prajiturii si se lasa la frigider 3-4 ore.</p>
