<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 50 ml</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>cacao &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>gelatina &#8211; 1 pliculet</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 50 ml</p>
<p>lapte condensat indulcit &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>frisca lichida &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 40 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bate ouale intr-un castron, adaugati sare si bateti pana devin spuma.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati treptat zaharul, laptele si uleiul.</p>
<p>La final, cerneti faina, cacao si praful de copt intr-un bol si amesteca aluatul.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt de 34&#215;40 cm cu hartie de copt si turnati aluatul pe ea.</p>

<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C si coaceti aluatul pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca si apoi se imparte in doua jumatati egale.</p>
<p>In timp ce se raceste, pregatim crema.</p>
<p>Adaugati 50 de mililitri de apa la gelatina pudra si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele condensat indulcit si frisca intr-un castron si se bat ambele pana se intaresc.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati aproximativ 2 linguri de crema in amestecul de gelatina, amestecati, turnati inapoi in bol si bateti.</p>
<p>Puneti o jumatate de blat, puneti crema, apoi cealalta jumatate de balat.</p>

<p>Apoi topiti ciocolata pentru glazura intr-o baie de apa.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana calda, amestecati si aplicati glazura deasupra prajiturii.</p>

<p>Se lasa la frigider pentru cel putin o ora si apoi se serveste.</p>
