<p>Umplutura de cirese:</p>
<p>cirese (proaspete sau congelate) &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>crema de branza &#8211; 600 g</p>
<p>smantana grasa/frisca lichida &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>aschii de ciocolata &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intregi cu zaharul si un praf de sare intr-o spuma alba groasa.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu cacao, amidon de porumb si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati cu grija si usor amestecul cernut treptat in ouale batute.</p>
<p>Turnam aluatul pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Pentru a face blatul pufos, manevrati aluatul cu mare grija.</p>

<p>Coacem in cuptorul incalzit la 180°C timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati blatul copt sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti-l cu grija din forma si taiati-l pe lungime in trei foi.</p>
<p>Turnati ciresele curatate si fara samburi, impreuna cu zaharul, intr-o tigaie mai mare.</p>

<p>Se incalzesc la foc mediu pana se dizolva zaharul.</p>
<p>Apoi gatiti aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Separati ciresele fierte de suc folosind o strecuratoare.</p>
<p>Bateti smantana cu crema de branza si zaharul pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Cand bateti, folositi doar viteza medie a telului.</p>
<p>Stropiti stratul de jos al prajiturii cu sucul de la cirese gatite, apoi adaugati un strat de crema.</p>
<p>Se netezeste cu grija si se aseaza deasupra cirese fierte.</p>

<p>Acoperiti primul strat de crema cu al doilea strat de pandispan.</p>
<p>Intindem din nou crema si adaugam cirese.</p>
<p>Intindeti ultimul strat de pandispan cu restul de crema.</p>
<p>Lasam prajitura 4 ore la frigider.</p>
<p>Scoateti cu grija prajitura din forma, decorati cu fulgi de ciocolata si taiati bucati.</p>
