<p>Ingrediente: (forma mea este de 20 * 15 cm)</p>
<p>oua 3 buc</p>
<p>zahar 100 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat 1 pliculet</p>
<p>ulei vegetal 80 ml</p>
<p>smantana 80 g</p>
<p>faina 150 g</p>
<p>putina sare</p>
<p>amidon (de porumb) 30 g + 1 lingura pentru fructele de padure</p>
<p>praf de copt 1,5 lingurite</p>
<p>fructe de padure congelate (oricare) 350 g</p>
<p>+ zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale si zaharul intr-un bol, adaugati zaharul vanilat, sarea si uleiul, smantana si mixati.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina, amidonul de porumb si praful de copt, amestecati.</p>

<p>Puneti o lingura de amidon de porumb peste fructele congelate si amestecati-le.</p>
<p>Se toarna jumatate din aluat in tava in care am pus hartie de copt, punem fructele congelate, si turnam retsul de aluat in tava.</p>

<p>Bagam la cuptor 50 de minute la temperatura de 180 de grade C.</p>
<p>Scoateti prajitura din cuptor si presarati cu zahar pudra.</p>
