<p>2 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>8 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita de praf de copt</p>
<p>Coaja si zeama de la o lamaie</p>
<p>Crema de nuci:</p>
<p>250 g nuci macinate</p>
<p>3 linguri zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri din dulceata preferata (dulceata de caise am folosit in reteta)</p>
<p>100 ml lapte fierbinte</p>
<p>Blat 2:</p>
<p>6 albusuri</p>
<p>8 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>1 pliculet zahar vanilat</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei</p>
<p>8 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita de praf de copt</p>
<p>Coaja si zeama de la o lamaie</p>
<p>Zahar pudra pentru decor.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Separati galbenusurile de la 6 oua si adaugati 2 oua intregi, zaharul si vanilia, apoi bateti pana cand compozitia devine spumoasa si groasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati uleiul, faina, praful de copt, coaja si sucul de lamaie, apoi amestecati usor.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul intr-o tava de copt de 35&#215;25 cm unsa si coaceti timp de 10 minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>

<p>In acest timp, amestecati toate ingredientele pentru umplutura de nuci si lasati deoparte sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile de ou cu zaharul si vanilia pana se formeaza varfuri tari.</p>
<p>Adaugati uleiul, faina, praful de copt, coaja si sucul de lamaie, apoi amestecati usor.</p>
<p>Intindeti umplutura de nuci pe primul blat, apoi puneti amestecul de albusuri.</p>

<p>Se da din nou la cuptor pentru inca 25 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
