<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>300 ml smantana</p>
<p>250 gr ciocolata</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana devin pufoase.</p>
<p>Adaugati laptele (200 ml), uleiul si continuati amestecarea.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina, cacao, zahar vanilat si amestecati pentru a face un aluat.</p>
<p>Se intinde intr-o forma de 38 × 20 cm si se coace la 180 de grade timp de 10-15 minute.</p>
<p>Verificati cu o scobitoare daca este gata.</p>
<p>Pentru dulceata de lapte: Topiti untul intr-o tigaie antiaderenta. Adaugati zaharul, zaharul vanilat si un varf de sare si lasati sa se caramelizeze putin.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana si laptele si amestecati pana se dizolva caramelul.</p>
<p>Lasati sa scada la temperatura moderata pentru 45 de minute, pana cand se formeaza o crema groasa, amestecand la fiecare 4-5 minute pentru a evita formarea cocoloaselor sau lipirea de fundul oalei. Lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Batem frisca rece si incorporam cu dulceata de lapte.</p>

<p>Patrundeti foarte bine tortul rece cu un bat si insiropati cu restul de lapte (150 ml).</p>

<p>Se intinde crema uniform si se lasa la frigider 1 ora.</p>

<p>Taiati ciocolata bucati mici si turnati smantana fierbinte deasupra.</p>
<p>Se lasa 2-3 minute si se amesteca pentru omogenizare.</p>
<p>Se intinde peste desert si se pune la frigider pentru cel putin 1 ora.</p>
