<p>unt &#8211; 250 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt pentru aluat &#8211; 1,5 lingurite;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Pentru insiropat:</p>
<p>suc de mandarine &#8211; 3 linguri;</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>mandarine &#8211; 8 bucati</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale, zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu un mixer intr-o masa densa si pufoasa timp de aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Se topeste untul la foc mic si se toarna intr-un jet subtire in ouale batute.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina cernuta cu praful de copt si se amesteca usor.</p>
<p>Impartiti mandarinele curatate in felii si indepartati pelicula alba.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o tava de copt unsa cu unt si se aseaza deasupra feliile de mandarine.</p>
<p>Coacem la 180 C timp de 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Se amesteca sucul de mandarina cu zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Se toarna glauzura de mandarina peste placinta fierbinte.</p>
