<p>Zahar 5 linguri</p>
<p>Stafide 50 g</p>
<p>Lapte 1 l</p>
<p>Sare 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>Unt 50 g</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>Gris 160 g</p>
<p>Ou 4 lucruri</p>
<p>Smantana 4 linguri</p>
<p>Scortisoara 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Scoateti miezul din mere, taiati felii subtiri, adaugati stafide, 4 linguri de zahar, stoarceti sucul de la 1 lamaie.</p>
<p>Impartiti ouale in galbenusuri si albusuri. Se amesteca galbenusurile cu smantana, se bat usor.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile pana obtineti o spuma tare.</p>
<p>Aduceti laptele la fiert, adaugati unt, sare, esenta de vanilie. Se amesteca constant, se adauga gris in lapte, se fierbe 3-5 minute.</p>
<p>Scoateti tigaia de pe foc, lasati grisul sa se raceasca usor, apoi adaugati galbenusurile si albusul in masa.</p>
<p>Lasati o treime din merele pregatite pentru a decora placinta, amestecati restul cu aluatul de gris.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de copt cu ulei si intindeti aluatul peste ea cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Completati cu restul de mere deasupra, presarati-le cu un amestec de scortisoara si zaharul ramas.</p>
<p>Asezati tava intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 170 de grade timp de 40 de minute. Am terminat!</p>
