<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc.;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 130 g;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 300 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 70 g;</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 180 ml;</p>
<p>mere &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se adauga oua, zahar si sare intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unui mixer, bateti ouale pana cand apare o masa alba pufoasa.</p>
<p>Combinati faina cu praful de copt, cerneti ½ parte in masa de oua.</p>
<p>Amestecati cu grija aluatul cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Puneti untul intr-o tigaie cu fundul gros, adaugati laptele.</p>
<p>Incalziti laptele numai cat sa se topeasca untul la foc moderat, turnati-l in aluat.</p>
<p>Cernem a doua parte de faina cu praf de copt in aluat, continuam sa amestecam aluatul gros.</p>
<p>Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intindeti prima parte a aluat pe suprafata intr-un strat uniform.</p>
<p>Taiati merele in felii subtiri, puneti-le peste aluat.</p>

<p>Acoperiti stratul de mere cu a doua parte de aluat, nivelati-l.</p>
<p>Coaceti la 180 de grade timp de 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Inainte de coacere, puteti stropi placinta cu fulgi de migdale.</p>
<p>Dupa coacere, aluatul se decoreaza cu zahar pudra.</p>
